How Does Pall-Ex’s Pallet Tracking Work?

At Pall-Ex, we use our pallet tracking technology, MyNexus, to track and trace the activity of your consignment from source to completed delivery.

We offer our customers a completely clear and visible tracking service, allowing our users to track the journey of their pallets online through the MyNexus pallet tracking system.

MyNexus includes access to a dashboard that shows the status of all live consignments using advanced tracking techniques. We provide an enhanced customer experience, including a live signature to capture online POD (Proof of Delivery) and the ability to book all consignments through our advanced ‘track-and-trace’ software. All our members use the MyNexus system, which means our service across the country is consistent across the network. This is available both as a portal accessible through any PC with an internet connection and through our Android app.

How Do I Track A Pallet?

Using MyNexus is simple. Our systems at Pall-Ex include a range of advanced tools which makes booking, quoting, planning and tracking pallet deliveries and shipments smooth and simple.

Don't have MyNexus?

Simply type in the first 16-digits of the barcode reference and your delivery postcode in capital letters into the 'Track Your Pallet' box found on the homepage.  This will take you to a MyNexus screen where you can see where your consignment is on its journey to the delivery point. If you haven't been given the barcode information please ask your originating depot or the company you booked the goods from.
