At Pall-Ex, we use our pallet tracking technology, MyNexus, to track and trace the activity of your consignment from source to completed delivery. We offer our customers a completely clear and visible tracking service, allowing our users to track the journey of their pallets online through the MyNexus pallet tracking system.
MyNexus includes access to a dashboard which shows the status of all live consignments using advanced tracking techniques. We provide an enhanced customer experience, including a live signature to capture online POD (Proof of Delivery) and the ability to book all consignments through our advanced ‘track-and-trace’ software. All our members use the MyNexus system, which means our service across the country is consistent across the network. This is available both as a portal accessible through any PC with an internet connection and through our Android app.
