Pall-Ex MyNexus - Our Guide to Tracking Your Pallet Through our Network

Existing customers with an account, who want to track their pallet delivery should log in to our MyNexus portal, using your User ID and password. Alternatively, contact us for a tailored pallet delivery quote that includes full tracking and visibility.

MyNexus offers a range of advanced tools to help improve the overall experience of booking and tracking pallet shipments across Europe, ensuring you always know the location of your consignments.

Tracking Your Pallet in Europe

At Pall-Ex, we use our pallet tracking technology, MyNexus, to track and trace the activity of your consignment from source to completed delivery. We offer our customers a completely clear and visible tracking service, allowing our users to track the journey of their pallets online through the MyNexus pallet tracking system.

 

MyNexus includes access to a dashboard that shows the status of all live consignments using advanced tracking techniques. We provide an enhanced customer experience, including a live signature to capture online POD (Proof of Delivery) and the ability to book all consignments through our advanced ‘track-and-trace’ software.

 

All our members use the MyNexus system, which means our service around the country is consistent across the network. This is available both as a portal accessible through any PC with an internet connection and through our Android app.

How Does Pall-Ex's Pallet Tracking Work?

Simply type in the first 16-digits of the barcode reference and your delivery postcode in capital letters into the 'Track Your Pallet' box found on the homepage.  This will take you to a MyNexus screen where you can see where your consignment is on its journey to the delivery point. If you haven't been given the barcode information please ask your originating depot or the company you booked the goods from.
