We’ve been providing leading pallet delivery services through our network for over 30 years now. Made up over 120 of the UK’s strongest hauliers who each operate in their own defined territory, the Pall-Ex network provides full coverage of every UK postcode to give our customers access to even the most remote delivery locations.
We operate using the hub-and-spoke model, which consolidates freight shipments to maximise vehicle fill and minimise mileage. This allows us to provide a cost-effective option for express fright deliveries, while minimising emissions by reducing the number of vehicles needed to move the same amount of freight.
Our singular focus is to deliver an efficient and reliable logistics service to customers across the country, backed by innovative technology and the collective strength of our network members.

OUR LOCATIONS
At the centre of our UK operation is our global headquarters and main hub in Leicestershire, supported by additional hubs in Rochdale and Northampton.
We also operate five subsidiary depots across the south of England in Northampton, Essex, Surrey, Dorset, and Cornwall. These make up Pall-Ex Logistics, our 3PL brand, and can support with a range of logistics services ranging from container devanning to pick-and-pack.
We don’t just operate in the UK. We’ve been partnering with international logistics companies to expand our reach across Europe since 2009. Through these connections, we are now able to transport over 40,000 pallets across the globe each and every day.
