Training opportunities

We take the training and development of our staff very seriously at Pall-Ex. Our inhouse Group Training Manager provides training and progression through our Logistics Excellence Achievement Programme (LEAP). Supporting employees from induction through to junior management and beyond, LEAP supports the future of our staff and empowers them to learn a variety of skills within the business.

Our training opportunities don’t, however, stop internally. We are proud to offer Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) accredited courses, and have recently supported a number of employees to achieve the UCQ Chartered Management Degree Apprenticeship. Being able to upskill and develop our staff is key to Pall-Ex becoming an employer of choice in the local area.

Armed Forces support

As a holder of the Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award from the Ministry of Defence, we are passionate about being the employer of choice for those leaving the military. The Gold Award represents the highest badge of honour, demonstrating our commitment to supporting those who serve and their families.
