Position : Regional Commercial Manager – Scotland / North Region
Contract Type : Permanent - 40 hours per week
Location : Field based In the Scotland region
Shift : Monday to Friday – variable hours
Starting Salary: £57,000.00 per annum

Role specific responsabilities:
Drive new business growth across member network, 3PL, and international services through proactive prospecting and solution selling
Use Zint and market intelligence tools to identify and qualify high-potential leads in target sectors
Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from lead to close
Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored commercial solutions
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to create commercially viable and deliverable proposals
Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM
Achieve and exceed weekly activity targets including calls, meetings, proposals, and volume goals
Support smooth onboarding of new accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction
Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy and maintain a competitive edge
Provide regular updates to the National Sales Manager on pipeline performance, forecasts, and key opportunities
