Position : Regional Commercial Manager – Scotland / North Region

Contract Type : Permanent - 40 hours per week

Location : Field based In the Scotland region

Shift : Monday to Friday – variable hours

Starting Salary: £57,000.00 per annum

Role specific responsabilities:

  • Drive new business growth across member network, 3PL, and international services through proactive prospecting and solution selling

  • Use Zint and market intelligence tools to identify and qualify high-potential leads in target sectors

  • Build and maintain a strong, active sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress from lead to close

  • Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings to understand customer needs and present tailored commercial solutions

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, pricing, customer service) to create commercially viable and deliverable proposals

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales activity, pipeline stages, and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM

  • Achieve and exceed weekly activity targets including calls, meetings, proposals, and volume goals

  • Support smooth onboarding of new accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction

  • Stay informed on competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategy and maintain a competitive edge

  • Provide regular updates to the National Sales Manager on pipeline performance, forecasts, and key opportunities
