Position : Customer Service Manager (Corporate)

Contract Type : Permanent - 40 hours per week

Location : Pall-Ex House, Victoria Road, Ellistown, Coalville, Leicestershire, LE67 1FH

Working hours : Monday to Friday – 09:00am - 5:30pm

About the role:

Duties include:

  • Maintaining Customer Relationships

  • Team Training

  • Complaint escalations

  • Delivery Performance reporting

  • Day to day running of CS

  • New customer implementing

  • Provide a First class customer Service

  • Future Revenue Protection

  • Corporate Customer Retention

  • Create an engaged workforce

  • Staff Retention


The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an Corporate Customer Service Managerial role

  • Knowledge of the Logistics sector preferably pallet networks

  • Strong communicator, able to actively listen and understand customer feedback

  • Genuine care and ability for problem solving

  • Integrity, professionalism and honesty

  • Proactive and positive

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
