Action Roadways take a new direction with Pall-Ex
Established in 1981, Action Roadways has been a trusted name in logistics across the South East for 45 years. The haulier offers a variety of premium services from its facility in Belvedere, Kent, including pallet storage, general haulage, and express van delivery for urgent consignments.

Now, its latest development has seen the operator join the Pall-Ex network as it looks to strengthen its pallet delivery services across the UK. Previously a long-standing member of The Pallet Network (TPN), making the switch to Pall-Ex gives the business access to its 90-strong member network with the ability to deliver to any postcode across the UK.
On the decision to join the Pall-Ex network, Sela Koydengoctu, Managing Director at Action Roadways, commented: “I met with the senior management team and immediately knew that we shared very similar values about teamwork, innovation, and our vision for the future.”
To demonstrate their commitment to the partnership, Action Roadways has already invested over £10,000 in dual-branded vehicle curtains, with the striking design highlighting the cooperation between both parties.
On the strength of the new partnership, Sela added: “Even working with Pall-Ex for a short amount of time, I can see that it is a very forward-thinking company, which gives me confidence that this partnership will last for many years to come.”
Celebrating its 30th anniversary this year, Pall-Ex has some exciting plans in the pipeline to support its ambitious growth plans. This includes the upcoming construction of a purpose-built central hub, which will have the capacity to handle over 27,000 pallets per night, providing expansion opportunities for the network and its membership.
Michelle Naylor, Managing Director at Pall-Ex UK, added: “Recruiting the strongest members forms a vital part of our growth plan as we prepare to move into a new facility next year. Since joining the network at the start of the year, Action Roadways have already established themselves as a key part of our operation in the South East and we are delighted to have them on board.”
