To manage, support and develop Member relations spanning UK Hubs, UK Network and International partners. To protect Pall-Ex Group business interests both UK and Internationally


  • Manages staff, in some cases recruiting, selecting, or training staff members
  • Sets strategic goals and communicate expectations to staff members and oversee the result
  • Forecasts expenditures and revenues
  • Evaluates trends and takes action to maximise opportunities
  • Enforces quality and compliance standards
  • Develops plans of actions to reach goals
  • Provides regular review of employee and business results
