Reporting to: Group Head of HR

Position Type: Full-Time, Permeant

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 per week

  • Creating, launching and delivering a value-added career framework
  • Leading the Training Academy (Trainees/Leadership/Apprentices)
  • Leading the On-boarding programmes
  • Developing a Mentoring/Coaching programme
  • Lead role in online learning methods
  • Talent/succession management

Role Specific Responsibilities 

  • Create a career framework for leaders, technical, operational and apprentices
  • Lead the apprentice programme
  • Create, launch and lead a leadership development programme
  • Ensure new starters are on-boarded and inducted effectively 
  • Manage the apprenticeship levy
  • Create, launch and lead the Talent Management Programme
  • Succession processes 
  • Training matrix management 
  • Training records are up to date
  • implement a LMS System 
  • Support leaders in finding the most effective training methods
  • Conduct training sessions as and when required
  • Support the business training plans
  • Promote the HR brand
