We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who specialises in Logistics and Transport to head up our Business Development team.

 

Location: Pall-Ex Group Head Office, Ellistown, Coalville, LE67 1FH
Working hours: 40 per week

  • Managing and developing the Corporate sales team
  • Development of the Pall-Ex Corporate sales pipeline
  • Manage the telemarketing support team
  • Supporting in the roll out of the Commercial Academy programme

Role Specific Responsibilities

  • Overall Management of the Corporate sales team including development and succession planning
  • Development of the Pall-Ex & Fortec Corporate sales pipeline
  • Deployment of the Goldvision CRM across the sales team
  • Achievement of the new business growth within the corporate division of Pall-Ex & Fortec
  • Review the service offering across both networks to ensure the group remains competitive and innovative in our offering
  • Support the roll out of the Commercial Academy in the membership
  • Review and value of the current tele-marketing service offering to the Corporate team and the membership
