Working within our operations team, you’ll be a key part of the Shears Bros. team. Utilising your FLT driving skills to help us deliver an efficient and reliable service for all of our customers.

Role Specific Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading of vehicles in a timely manner to support drivers meeting their set workloads
- Ensure Health & Safety is maintained in the warehouse environment and any issues are reported as soon as practically possible (including near misses)
- Ensure depot scanning compliance is maintained and completed daily
- Ensure storage and pick & pack operation are achieved in line with customer specifications and requirements
- Ensure the correct and safe use of mechanical equipment and aids at all times – including FLT checks being recorded daily.
