Quality, flexibility and in-house expertise are the watchwords of Pall-Ex’s wholly-owned IT services subsidiary, Pall-IT, which has designed and developed its own information management system and low-cost, high performance communications system.

Pall-IT provides information technology and communications services and support for members from initial pre-membership IT installation and training to helpdesk, hardware and software maintenance. Pall-Ex has the most advanced POD (Point of Delivery) information system available, combining barcode scanning, web-based real-time data and the provision of scanned documentation within 24 hours. Invoicing is also done electronically.

In addition Pall-IT is able to respond to evolving customer needs and to stay ahead of the market by examining new developments before their general introduction, such as RFID (radio frequency identification) and EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
