On joining the network, each member signs the Pall-Ex Members' Service Agreement (MSA), undertaking to adhere to the Pall-Ex quality ethos. The MSA clearly spells out what is expected of each member and in turn what each member can expect from the hub and the rest of the network. By enshrining the operational, administrative and financial procedures into one document to which all the members work, Pall-Ex ensures that the whole network is striving towards a clearly understood common objective - Exemplary Customer Service.
