Member Vetting
Before being allowed to join Pall-Ex each prospective member is rigorously vetted for the quality of their service, their resources and their financial stability. Not only do we audit their depot prior to joining, but we also carry out regular repeat audits, ensuring that Pall-Ex's exacting standards are never compromised.
Member service agreement
On joining the network, each member signs the Pall-Ex Members' Service Agreement (MSA), undertaking to adhere to the Pall-Ex quality ethos. The MSA clearly annotates what is expected of each member, and in turn what each member can expect from the hub and the remainder of the network. By enshrining the operational, administrative and financial procedures into one document to which all members adhere, Pall-Ex ensures that the whole network is striving towards a clearly understood common objective – total excellence in customer service.
Pall-Extra trust fund
The Pall-Extra trust fund offers financial safeguards and ensures the stability of the network. This safety net ensures that the expectations of our customers are always met.
