In June 2009, Pall-Ex Group launched Pall-Ex Italia, which operated under a master license agreement with a leading Italian logistics company – Alberti e Santi. Pall-Ex Italia replicated the tried and tested Pall-Ex Group business model and boasts 2 hubs in Milan and a southern hub in Caserta, Naples, ensuring secure, reliable palletised freight delivery across the entire country.

Pall-Ex Italia continues to grow and demonstrates the adaptability of the Pall-Ex Group business model to meeting growing transportation requirements for efficiency and service excellence.
The Pall-Ex Italia hub was the first outside the UK, and this hugely successful operation has been the flagship catalyst for Pall-Ex Group, kickstarting its European growth.
Pall-Ex Iberia was launched in April 2011 and provides a cost and time efficient small consignment load service in Spain and Portugal. The Hub is based in Madrid. Pall-Ex Iberia effectively delivers throughout the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands, where for the latter; Pall-Ex Iberia operates the only pallet network. Pall-Ex Iberia is currently seeking members to join their national network.

Operational from 2012, Pall-Ex Romania is Eastern Europe's first ever first pallet network. From its hub in Sibiu, the network will enable the Eastern European region to benefit from the unique hub and spoke network concept that has revolutionised pallet distribution in the UK and Western Europe.
